which guybrush is your favorite?
THE FIRST ONE, DUH!
Omg I talk about Monkey Island to everyone (it was the only thing close to a video game that we were allowed to have) and people are rarely familiar with it.
Growing up, we had a total of two computer games in the house:
1. Street Fighter (which we played with a massive suction-cup joy stick mounted to the desk)
2. Monkey Island (which I loved for the choose-your-own-adventure element, the fact that you won duals by your choice of witty come-back and, of course, the awesomely silly soundtrack)The only Guybrush Threepwood I ever knew was the first gen on the left. Good times.
monkey island was awesome. it was really witty and well-written and if you paid attention there were visual cameos and dialog references to a bunch of famous movies and pop culture.
